A few months back, I wrote about the DSM200 SmartStart Interface from Directed and found this to be a real nice addition to anyone wanting to add an extra level of security and control to their high-end car security system. Well, the folks at Directed have come up with something even more cool!
Directed now offers the DSM250 SmartStart GPS, which provides all the conveniences associated with the DSM200 but adds the added functionality of GPS tracking and control. This interface now includes GPS features such as GPS Fencing, SmartPark and even Speed Monitoring- making this interface a great addition. Let’s go over these great new features.

The biggest feature you can get with certain alarm models allows you to remote start your vehicle, which is nice up North during winter months and down South during the summer. Being in Florida, nothing’s better than having that A/C already cold and comfy when you get inside your ride!
