Ron started in this business in 1979 as a college student trying to get a turntable out of lay-away at the local Hi-Fi shop by sweeping floors and working in the warehouse.  He became a part time employee while going to school and started selling in the pro division, working with the bands and recording studios in the Muscle Shoals, Alabama area.  To Ron, the local music scene was amazing!
