MARINE AUDIO SPOTLIGHT: Introducing Rockford Fosgate Marine

We recently were proud to announce that we were offering the full line of car audio from the legendary Rockford Fosgate.

I’m also proud to introduce the new Marine lineup from Rockford Fosgate.

The folks out in Tempe (Arizona) have brought out a nice looking lineup that includes 2 durable source units, full range speakers and subwoofers- all designed to weather the rough marine environment.

The RFX9700CD is a true marine grade in-dash player with easy to use controls and easy grip knobs. The unit features a heavy duty fold-down faceplate to keep water away from the Compact Disc and SD Card slots, along with USB and AUX ports to connect a portable drive or iPod. The RFX9700CD also features a SIRIUS satellite ready tuner so users can get satellite radio when purchasing the optional SCC1 tuner pack.

For folks simply wanting to add amps and sources, Fosgate offers the RFX3000 “black box” which hides away and offers and AM/FM tuner, 3 sets of RCA pre-outs and AUX inputs/outputs.

In speakers, options include 6 inch through 8 inch models and Fosgate also offers marine subwoofers in 10 inch and 12 inch models.
